CAYRA Co Pte Ltd does not ship on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Domestic Orders

Orders will take 2 to 3 full business days to be processed and packed before it is shipped. All orders are shipped with express shipping. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for orders to be shipped via our courier partners.

International Orders

Orders will take 2 to 3 full business days to be processed and packed before it is shipped. All orders are shipped with express shipping. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for orders to be shipped via our courier partners.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES AND TAXES BILLED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for customers or transit delays. 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:

A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment of your order.

This tracking number can only be used within our courier partners’ tracking systems, and CAYRA Co Pte Ltd does not have a proprietary tracking system.
